OMTech branded 60Watt Co2 Laser was purchased from Amazon on February 28th, 2021 and was delivered mid March. It arrived in the typical beat up crate from china that is expected from this brand. luckily I was not subjected to any major damage to the laser itself. It did function straight from the crate, but it mirrors needed proper aligning, the bed needed to be leveled and squared up to the beam path. None of which was too difficult, just time consuming. Then I started the Upgrades:

• Interior LED lighting

• Motorized Z axis

• Beam combiner - Integrated into 1st mirror mount

• American Photonics 4 piece Lenses kit

• Gold coated Si Mirrors

• Air Assist provided by Kobalt 2 gallon Quite-tech compressor with 20 gallon auxiliary tank using the Cloudray ultimate Air-assist kit and additional flow-meters and main supply solenoid.

• S&A CW-5200 chiller

• Custom panel to monitor Laser and beam dump temperatures.

• Custom bed insert made of aluminum profiles.

• 80mm Rotary Chuck attachment

• and a camera to assist with some alignments a get a feeling of what it will look like.

• 6 inch 395cfm ducted fan for exhaust through a roof vent.

• The wiring, you should count the wiring in the electrical box as an upgrade. That was redone/replaced/re-terminated as I installed items.
